New Pricing Announced for CCP Coatings and Powder Resins Products

July 16, 2008 — Effective on orders shipped on or after August 15, 2008 (or as contracts allow), Cook Composites and Polymers (CCP) will implement a 5 to 10 per cent price increase for all coatings and powder resins products.

According to Ken Moran, Vice President of CCP’s Coatings Division, the pricing change is compelled by ongoing increases in raw material and energy costs.

“Despite the ongoing and unprecedented increases – in both size and frequency – in crude oil and raw material feedstock costs, service to our customers remains our number one priority,” Mr. Moran stated. “That includes providing the best quality products, backed by the best in technical support and the best in product research and development. To continue that high standard of service without compromise, the reality of the marketplace offers us no option other than to make this price adjustment at this time.”
